No problem! You can add more users if you find you need more. The business plan comes with 5 user seats included, each addition user seat is $25/mo. You can add or remove user seats at any time. Also, keep in mind that you have unlimited viewers - those are people inside your organization that can view reports, insights, survey results, etc, but don't contribute to your user research. Everyone in your organization can have an account! Only pay for those who are actually doing user research (in our experience it's not that many!).
